My car rates would change every other month with very little explanation, other than good student discount. I had to continuously prove my son’s grades. This should only be a once a year ordeal- 2 times the most. I Do not recommend!! They never return calls. I would continuously have to call them!! There’s too many other organized, professional companies to deal with, rather than the complete waste of time with this agent/ company!!"
